1. How can I place an order?

Browse the store, add items to your cart, and complete checkout. A confirmation email with order details and estimated shipping times will be sent once your order is placed.

2. Can I return or exchange an item?

Since most apparel is made-to-order, returns or exchanges will not be accepted on these items unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please review size charts and product descriptions carefully before placing your order.

3. How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on location and product availability. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped. We ship UPS ground on all orders. Let us know if you need expedited shipping. We have very favorable rates!

4. What types of payment are accepted?
